By accessing or using Tender Notice Africa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by PayFast. You authorise PayFast to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment is required to start a trial. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.
All tender data is sourced from public domain procurement portals. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of any tender notice. Always verify information with the issuing authority before acting on it.
You may not resell, redistribute, or scrape our data without written permission. API access is provided under a separate API licence agreement.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of billing if you have a concern.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tender Notice Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
