We collect: your name, email address, company name, and phone number when you register; payment information (processed securely by PayFast — we never see or store card details); your country and sector preferences; usage data (pages visited, tenders viewed) to improve the service.
We use your information to: deliver your daily tender alert emails and WhatsApp messages; process your subscription payments via PayFast; improve our data matching and recommendations; communicate about your account and service updates.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: PayFast (payment processing); SendGrid (email delivery); Twilio (WhatsApp alerts). All processors are bound by data protection agreements.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for 3 years after cancellation for legal and audit purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

We use only essential session cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We conduct regular security reviews.
